Wolstenholme Machine Knives consider ourselves without equal in producing an accurate, hard wearing knife from carbon or hardened stainless steel with or without non-stick coatings. We hold a wide variety of toothed strip on the shelf also available with special tooth pitches to improve performance when cutting newly developed film. Because we manufacture entirely in house we are able to react to customer demand on very short lead time with complete process control.

Tray Sealer Knives:
Our ability to re-create any tray knife from a sample or a dfx drawing file, from which we produce our own laser cut templates to assure accurate repeatability in a short lead time, has secured our position as approved suppliers to machine builders worldwide.

Wolstenholme Machine Knives has invested heavily in the highest specification machinery to maintain our competitive advantage in the market place including bending machines capable of forming the most intricate of shapes. These machines in conjunction with the latest tig welding, punching and shot blasting facilities add up to a state of the art manufacturing cell. As well as investment in machinery we have also invested in our workforce and working methods, implementing lean manufacturing with product specific manufacturing cells throughout the plant. This has paid particular dividends on this product as it is a very labour intensive type of blade.
